This morning while setting up my blog I made "batter bread" for my husband.
It is something his gramma made for him growing up and he hasn't had it since she passed away last spring.
Basically, it is made the same way you make biscuits but you add more milk and less oil, so it is lighter and healthier!
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 oz oil
Bake in a round (9in) cake pan for 10-12 minutes at 450.
Makes 8 servings
Weight Watchers points per serving: 1.5
